1. General Provisions

gobhui (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to all services, products and promotions of gobhui.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirement has been completed.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may use each bonus offer only once.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on gobhui will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out below.

6.1 Bet Conditions

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• gobhui reserves the right to void a bet if incorrect odds or a price is displayed due to a technical error.
• If a cricket, football or any other sports event is cancelled, the original stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

6.2 Live Betting

In live betting, markets may close due to internet connection delays or other reasons. gobhui will not be held responsible in such situations.

6.3 Casino Games

gobhui casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each round is independent and does not depend on the results of previous rounds.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on gobhui. Violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

• Creating an account with false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Misusing or manipulating the bonus program.
• Attempting any form of hacking, cracking or software exploitation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.

• Attempting match-fixing or coordination to predetermine game outcomes.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 gobhui's Rights

gobhui may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Evidence of providing a false identity or information.
• Failure to meet age-related requirements.
• To comply with the instructions of a regulatory authority.

8.2 User Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. Any pending bets and withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed.
